The third floor gives your family a fully furnished beachfront balcony with plush seating facing Seven Mile Beach, which is the same beachfront view you get on the 3BB but one floor below. When you go up the stairs of the Eventide Penthouse Three Bedroom Balcony – 3RT, you’ll get to the private rooftop deck, which is a separate outdoor space above the building with its own outdoor kitchen, dining set, and seating area.

Of all the option in the Eventide collection, this is the place to host your private chef-curated dining experience. You can even have your butler arrange a sunset meal prepared on the rooftop deck, or simply have an outdoor gathering space that isn’t shared with the rest of the resort; nothing else in the Eventide collection at the three-bedroom level offers this.

Inside the suite, the floor plan follows the same architecture as the other three-bedroom Eventides. Three separate bedroom sections, each with its own entrance door and balcony access. One-way connecting doors between sections so everyone can move freely without anyone losing privacy. The master bedroom has a king bed with a queen sleeper sofa, a seating area, and a full bathroom with walk-in shower. The middle bedroom has two queen beds and a full bathroom with walk-in shower. The third bedroom is designed for the youngest guests and has a twin trundle bunk bed with netting on the sides and individual reading lights, along with the suite’s only bathtub, which is a shower and tub combination.

The open-concept living area connects all three sections with a full kitchen, dining table, wet bar, De’Longhi espresso maker, full refrigerator, wine cooler, and a stocked pantry. The queen sleeper sofa in the living room sits next to a half bathroom.

The third floor is the highest floor in the three-bedroom Eventide collection, which means the balcony views over Seven Mile Beach are going to be the best available.

The trade-off versus the Eventide Penthouse Three Bedroom Butler Walkout (3BW) is that the 3BW is on the ground level, with a walkout to beach access and no stairs. For families with young children or anyone who needs ground-level movement, the 3BW might be the best option.

For families where the outdoor space and the views are what you’re after, the Eventide Penthouse Three Bedroom Balcony & Roof Terrace Butler – 3RT is where to be.
