As your advisor, we work closely with you to plan the perfect destination wedding or vow renewal. From selecting the BEST Sandals resort location to coordinating every detail of the big day with your dedicated onsite wedding planner, we’re here for you from start to finish!

At your request, this can be done over email or phone. Here we'll talk about your specific requirements and needs for making your trip come to life.
We will start with 2 - 4 options for you to review right away. Your feedback at this point lets us know if we are going in the right direction.
As your travel consultant, we'll help guide you to make the most informed decision while making sure you are matched with the perfect vacation that matches your exact vision & budget.
Once a decision is made, we request all passengers' names and dates of birth and will place the trip on a courtesy hold.
Once held, you will be sent a vacation invoice and DocuSign that will detail all the fine print and payment policies, noting if a deposit or full payment is due at the time of booking.
Once paid, you are sent a receipt followed by a complete set of travel eDocs. Your Sandals booking is then automatically monitored by Apex our Sandals 777 promotion monitoring service.
All of our clients will receive travel instructions and emergency contact numbers that are staffed 24/7 while you're traveling.
