Island Village at Beaches Negril is located on the southern end of the resort and is the closest section to Pirates Island Waterpark and Kids Camp. Here you’ll also find the secluded Santa Cruz buildings and the Firesky Reserve Villas.
We mostly recommend this section for families who will spend most of their time at the waterpark. It is also the most active of the three villages during the day. Families with very young children who need quiet midday rest often do better in Calypso Cove or the quieter Savannah buildings in Reggaeville, but you’ll also find this area restful as well, just closer to the action
The Firesky Reserve Villas at Beaches Negril are the only private pool accommodations at the resort. In this room, you’ll receive VIP airport transfers and a chef curated private dinner perk, which is a massive bonus and experience for the family.
Reggaeville is the most central village and the one we recommend most often to our clients, especially those who are new to Beaches. Here you’ll find the Savannah buildings, which are just steps from the Piazza pool, where they have daytime activities with a DJ, the lazy river, and most of the restaurants.
If you’re looking for a room with Butler service, the W3BG, W2BG, and WBS walkout butler suites are mostly in this part of the resort, and for good reason as the location is convenient.
Calypso Cove at Beaches Negril is the quietest of the three villages and features beachfront access for those staying in the Eventide Penthouse Collection.
Here is one important detail most maps miss: Calypso Cove does not have its own dedicated pool so you’ll be closest to the main resort pool in Reggaeville. There are also no elevators in the Montpelier buildings. If you want an upper floor but prefer an elevator, the only elevator on the entire property is inside the Eventide Villa building.
