The Tropical Oceanview Two-Bedroom Walkout Grand Butler Family Suite – W2BG is one of our favorite rooms at Beaches Negril. For families up to eight, it is located in the same Savannah buildings as the W3BG, with the same ground-floor walkout in Reggaeville, putting your family in the middle of the resort rather than on the outer edges.

The difference between the two rooms is the number of bedrooms, where you have two instead of three. This is the best option for families traveling with four, five, or even six children, where a standard two-bedroom hotel room runs out of space, and a three-bedroom Eventide suite hits the budget ceiling.

On a personal note, this is where Beaches really stands out over many other all-inclusive options, as most have hard caps at 4 per room.

Back to the W2BG, the floor plan is straightforward, too. The master bedroom has a king bed and a single pullout sofa. The second bedroom has two double beds and a single pullout sofa. The living room opens directly to the walkout patio through French doors and has both a single pullout sofa and a daybed with trundle, which is where the youngest kids often end up. Here, you also get three full bathrooms, each with a shower-and-tub combination, which is a huge bonus, as there’s no sharing a bathroom when everyone’s trying to clean up for dinner. The in-room bar is refreshed daily and stocked with water, juice, soda, local beer, Robert Mondavi wines, sparkling wine, and premium spirits, which you get to select when completing your butler preferences.

The Savannah buildings are where you’ll find the Tropical Oceanview Two-Bedroom Walkout Grand Butler Family Suite – W2BG’s. These rooms are in the most central parts of the resort, closest to Pirates Island Waterpark, the main pool complex, and to the all-important Froyo’s frozen yogurt shop.

This is where you stay if you’re OK with letting your kids move between the pools, waterslides, and lazy river without having to escort them everywhere.

Butler service is a great addition to your Beaches Negril experience. Here, you’ll arrive at a dedicated arrivals lounge at check-in, private VIP arrival at the suite, 24-hour in-suite dining, and daily beach setup with fresh drinks, towels, and toys. The Tropical Oceanview Two-Bedroom Walkout Grand Butler Family Suite – W2BG’s closest comparison is the Tropical Oceanview Three-Bedroom Walkout Grand Butler Family Suite (W3BG), which is in the same building, with one extra bedroom for families and groups that need it, along with a max capacity of up to 12.

The Tropical Oceanview Two-Bedroom Grand Butler Family Suite (2BG) is the upper-floor version of this same suite with the same two bedrooms but with a balcony instead of a walkout patio, and it’s available across all three villages.
