Tropical Oceanview Concierge Family Rooms – BCC

The Tropical Oceanview Concierge Family Rooms – BCC is one of our favorite concierge-level rooms at Beaches Negril for a single detail that separates the BCC from every other two-room concierge option: the balconies. Most connecting room configurations give you one shared outdoor space. The BCC gives each room its own private balcony. The master bedroom has a king bed and its own balcony; the second room has two double beds and its own balcony, and they connect internally through a shared door, but when you close it, each section of the suite has full living space with its own entrance, its own bathroom, its own outdoor space. For a family where the adults and the kids want separate spaces at the end of the day, this is one of the best options to consider, especially at the concierge price point.

The rooms are located on the third and second floors of the Montpelier, Savannah & Santa Cruz buildings in all three villages, Calypso Cove, Island Village, and Reggaeville. While there are no elevators in these buildings, if you’re OK with stairs, the top floor gives you better views with no foot traffic above you, and no noise from guests on higher floors.

At the concierge level, when you arrive, you’ll receive a champagne welcome at check-in and preferred access to the Concierge lounge, which runs daily from 7 am to 10 pm with a dedicated team handling dining reservations, excursions, spa bookings, and anything else the family needs during the week. The in-room bar is on request, and you can ask for gin, vodka, rum, beer, red and white wine, champagne, and assorted soft drinks, which will be refreshed daily.

The master room has a king bed with a pullout sofa and a full bathroom. The second room has two double beds, a pullout sofa, and a full bathroom. Both rooms have flat-screen TVs, direct balcony access, and in-room bars. 

One note on the per-person math: the BCC sleeps up to 8 guests. For a family of six or seven people where two standard concierge rooms would each run at the full rate, we’ve pried the Tropical Oceanview Concierge Family Rooms to be sometimes cheaper per person than booking separate rooms.

The Tropical Oceanview Concierge Family Rooms – BCC’s closest comparison within the connecting-room concierge tier is the Tropical Oceanview Concierge Two-Bedroom Junior Suite (BSC). It features the same two-room concierge setup and village availability, but on different floors, and the BSC includes a walkout option in Island Village (the WBSC).

For families that prefer a walkout option in the Concierge level, the BSC or WBSC is the right option to consider. For families that want the top floor with each room having its own private balcony and entrance, the BCC is the better fit.
