Tropical Oversized Concierge Family Suite – GS
One-bedroom concierge suite in the Montpelier and Santa Cruz buildings. This features the same floor plan and concierge-level services as the BS, in the same two buildings, but at $33 less per guest per night.
The Tropical Oversized Concierge Family Suite – GS at Beaches Negril shares the same two buildings as the BS in the Montpelier and Santa Cruz locations, but at a lower price point of approximately $33 per person, per night. If we do the math, you’re looking at a seven-night savings of about $1,100. The reason the GS is less expensive isn’t the room or the view — it’s availability. The BS is also available in the Savannah buildings in Reggaeville. The GS is not. If you’ve already decided you’d like to be located in Calypso Cove or Island Village, the GS gives you those buildings at a lower rate.
Essentially, this is the advisor framing we use when we’re speaking with a family about these two rooms. So here is how to decide… As your advisor, we’d ask which section of the resort you would prefer to be located in. If the answer is Calypso Cove, near the Eventide beach area and Stella restaurant, on the quieter southern side, or Island Village, which is closest to Pirates Island Waterpark, the GS is available in both at a lower starting rate than the BS. If the answer is Reggaeville’s central location near the main pool and restaurants, the BS is the only option at this room level. The GS isn’t offered in Reggaeville.
So what are some of the details? Well, the floor plan is the same as the BS in every detail. You get a king-sized bed with a flat-screen TV and a double-vanity bathroom with a full tub and shower combo. Twin daybed with trundle and single pullout sofa, along with a balcony with ocean and tropical garden views.
