There is no agent markup. Sandals uses standardized pricing across every booking channel, which means you won’t pay more through an advisor than you would booking directly on Sandals.com or Beaches.com

There are no hidden booking fees with reputable advisors and no penalty for using expert help.

If you ever see a price difference between what you see online and what an advisor quotes, it almost always comes down to the room category being compared, promotions that have been applied or missed, or the timing of the booking. 

Often, a highly qualified agent like us will save you money because we know how to factor in promotions that aren’t available until after booking. 

For example, we recently booked an Overwater Private Island Butler Villa with Infinity Pool (OWV) at Sandals Royal Caribbean for a client who was prepared to pay in full for the 7-night stay. During our conversation, I found out they were celebrating a 30th anniversary, and the dates were within 30 days of their travel date. We told them about the free anniversary night and saved them over $3,000.00 on their trip.

What Happens When You Book Direct

When you book on your own, every decision falls to you, and we understand how important it is to get that right. Choosing between 17 resorts that can look amazing online can be totally different once you’re there.

For example, as of April, 2026, renovations are currently underway at Sandals Grande Antigua, but the room photos themselves have not been updated. 

Which leads us to room selection… Picking a room category without knowing which building it’s in or how far it sits from the beach can lead to a miss. Same with applying promotions correctly or missing them entirely.

Oceanview and Beachview both offer water views, but they are completely different. A room upgrade can change your experience, with a better location and more personalized services, or it can cost you significantly more for a difference you’d barely notice.
