Sandals.com lists promotions but doesn’t explain the mechanics behind them. These are the details that matter before you book.
The Summer Sale air credit works differently than the room credit. The instant room credit applies automatically at the time of booking. The air credit only applies if you book your flights directly through Sandals, not through a third-party airline or travel site. If the air credit for your resort is $750 and your flights cost $600, Sandals does not refund the $150 difference. The credit will offset the cost, but does not carry over as cash.
The 777 deal resets at midnight Wednesday, not when the new deal posts. Sandals releases the new 777 promotion on Wednesday mornings, but the previous week’s deal expires at midnight the night before, not when the new one appears. If you’re looking for a specific club or butler level room, watching the 777 page for it to show up could mean missing out on it entirely. We highly recommend you book the room now, and as your travel advisor, our APEX Price Monitoring system will review each weekly promotion and apply them automatically. If you do see it, we highly recommend you move quickly and book before Tuesday at midnight.
The military discount must be applied before you pay off the balance. This is the most common mistake we see. Once a reservation is paid in full, including through Flex Pay, the military discount cannot be applied retroactively. You create the reservation, pay the deposit, then apply the discount through SheerID verification before paying off the balance.
The free Anniversary night is not eligible if your current offer already includes a free night. Sandals occasionally runs promotions that include a complimentary night as part of the deal. If your booking already includes a free night, the Anniversary Night promotion cannot be added on top. The calculator above flags this when it applies, but confirm with your advisor before booking if you’re unsure whether your current offer includes a complimentary night.

The Summer Sale booking window closes. Seasonal promotions, such as the Summer Sale, have booking deadlines. Waiting until you’re ready to travel to book means missing the promotional pricing entirely. The savings on a Summer Sale booking at 7 nights can be more than $2,000 per couple at certain resorts.
777 deals rotate weekly and cannot be predicted. We track all 777 deals every week, but there is no reliable pattern to which resorts or room categories appear. It is a tool used by Sandals and Beaches to fill space during certain travel windows. If a specific room at a specific resort matters to you, check the current week’s deals first in our calculator above. If it’s on the list, we recommend booking this week.

Anniversary and honeymoon benefits have date windows. Sandals and Beaches Free Anniversary night applies when your anniversary falls within 30 days of your travel dates. The honeymoon package applies when your wedding was within 12 months of travel.

Yes. The 777 deal stacks with virtually every current promotion, including the Summer Sale. If a 777 room matches the resort and category you’re booking, the additional 7% applies on top of the Summer Sale savings.
No. These two promotions cannot be combined. If you qualify for both, you’ll need to choose one. For most bookings at Club or Butler level for 7 nights, the Anniversary free night tends to produce higher savings, but the right answer depends on your specific resort, room category, and nightly rate. If you book through Rivage Travel / Best Caribbean Resorts, APEX Price Protection monitors your reservation and applies any newly released eligible promotion automatically. You don’t need to check or request a re-price. If you booked directly through Sandals.com, there is no automatic repricing; you would need to contact Sandals directly and request a price adjustment.
